La labor desinteresada del voluntariado que colabora con la Asociación hacen posible lograr y mantener muchos de los objetivos que nos proponemos. Ellos/as dan sentido a nuestros valores asociativos y son un ejemplo a seguir para todos/as los/as que formamos parte de este proyecto para mejorar la vida de los/as afectados/as de Neurofibromatosis y sus familias

Plan de voluntariado
La persona voluntaria cuenta con la ayuda de la Asociación para que pueda llevar a cabo sus funciones con la información y formación necesarias. Para ello contamos con un Plan de voluntariado donde se indica el protocolo a seguir para la gestión y formación del voluntariado.
La formación está compuesta por un curso inicial general que realiza todo el voluntariado y otro curso algo más específico para actividades en las que el contacto con los/as afectados/as y familiares es más cercano y que en ocasiones se dará soporte emocional en función de la demanda.
